I bought these slippers because the price was very low and they looked very nice. Let me explain why I'm saying these flip flops are too small. I ordered size 3. My son now wears size 1 in shoes. I was going to buy them when his leg grows a little. These flip flops are the same size as his size 1 shoes (see picture). These flip flops are also wide. If you compare them to size 1 shoes they look bigger but they are not. Now they fit his leg perfectly, just a little wide. I suggest buying at least 2 sizes up when purchasing these flip flops if you want your exact size. These are really nice slippers.
