I can't think of anything that is not great about this program! It's easy to use (even for my non tech savvy friends) so they're able to provide honest opinions when we need it most-- in our launch phase or during any changes/enhancements made by us later down stream. The customer service team are always quick at responding with helpful advice as well if needed. We have experienced no issues yet but will continue monitoring them closely until then. They also offer phone consultation support which adds an extra layer of security because you know your data isn't being stored anywhere else than their servers!! So far nothing - just been using since day 1. If anyone thinking about getting into reviewing feel free. You'll be glad once its up & running :) Helps improve user experience through online surveys conducted via internet browser software such as Google Chrome / Firefox.
