Really thin yes, but what the artist has done with the cuts is amazing. One side is solid gold and the other side is so shiny it looks like silver from certain angles, so two pendants for the price of one! In the first photo the side with slots, in the second without. I'm holding it back because I don't feel like flipping the whole chain to show the other side. Like I said, yes it's thin, but it's real gold with amazing detail. You pay for quality, not quantity
