Review on 🍪 GREENRAIN XXL Silicone Pastry Mat: Non Stick Baking, Fondant, Counter, Dough Rolling & Oven Liner- 24''(W) x 32''(L) by Ronald Lunn

First off, I'm rarely impressed enough to write a review. But this rug is great! Measurements and conversion charts are helpful, but the best part is the rug itself! (As it should be!) I use this mat for baking sourdough bread. (I also use it for pizza dough.) I can knead and shape the dough and it doesn't slip. Not at all! It sticks like it's stuck on, but can be easily removed or moved. It also protects my quartz countertop from the metal scraper I use to shape the dough. Another plus: It is easy to clean. Just wipe with a damp, clean kitchen towel and it's ready for the next task. To be honest I haven't even taken it off my counter since I got it. (I bake every day, but even if I didn't, I could leave that on the counter.) I don't even want to think about the fact that I'll be working right on the counter again.
