This mat is amazing. I bake bread a few times a week and our countertops are tiled. Flour was a problem getting out of the mortar until I got this rug. i love this shop It stays in place and doesn't move at all after being placed on the countertop. Side measurement is useful for many recipes that call for a specific length of dough. Stickiness is excellent and when dusted with flour is smooth and non-sticky. I really like this mat. First, it's thicker than the mats I've used before but not as hard and stiff as some. He is very malleable. It doesn't move but stays in place very well. I've accidentally burned a lot of rugs, but this one is very heat resistant. I've accidentally put a hot pan on it and it hasn't worn at all.
