Review on Daveliou by Lloyd Edwards

My experience with Daveliou was not nearly as satisfying as I had hoped it would be, and I hate to be the one to break it to you. Their selection of art supplies is extensive, which is great; nonetheless, I was disappointed with the quality of their products. I placed an order on their website for a paint kit along with some brushes with the hopes of taking my artwork to the next level. But when I opened the package, I was dismayed to find that the paints had dried up and the brushes were losing their bristles. It was obvious that the products had been on the shelf for a considerable amount of time already. To make matters even worse, when I asked their customer support team for assistance, I received a response that was less than helpful. This made the situation much more frustrating. It appeared as though they had little interest in addressing my problems and were instead just going through the motions. In general, despite the fact that Daveliou may function as a safe haven for certain creative types, I am unable to endorse their services on the basis of my own experiences. Their products may work well for some people, but I found them to be of poor quality, and their customer service was awful. I would not recommend purchasing any of their things.
