I like it, thanks for the quality product.

Although Xiaomi has its own chips that aren't in Samsung and vice versa, I made the switch and am quite happy with my decision to go with Samsung. At first, I was concerned that the smartphone would be too big, but within a few days, I had gotten used to it and all the other phones seemed puny in comparison. Fits the palm of your hand nicely, is intuitive and quick. The ability to have programs open in their own little windows on top of one another (windowed mode) was a huge plus for me. After some time, my eyes adjusted to the PWM, and now, even after staring at the screen for extended periods of time at low brightness, I experience no discomfort in my eyes. On the whole, people enjoy using their phones.

Pros

High resolution display, slick operation, rapid charging, minimal weight and thickness

Cons

Generally, fingerprint and face ID authentication are both successful; nevertheless, users may experience brief freezes across a number of apps, including some native ones; these hiccups are rarely, if ever, mission-critical. Rarely, but occasionally, the camera will produce "artifacts" in the images that defy explanation, such as a white halo around an object or person in the background. This may be due to how the processor handles the image data. The camera's zoom is useless.
