Missing parts even after return and replacement.

There are no silicone plugs to cover the vents, so you can lean forward and go about your daily activities without spilling milk or making a mess. That was the main reason I bought this one. When he didn't have those parts I was very unhappy and sent the item back to have it replaced and even the replacement was missing parts. Very disappointed, don't expect to get everything you need when you order.
