What I don't like is that after about 2 months the screws on the inside of the lid started to rust. Although Cuisinart will replace it under warranty, I have to pay for shipping both ways (you can ship it any way you want, but you have to send them $15 for return postage). Why should I pay $30 to replace a defective product? Currently I am no longer inclined to invest in this product. In my opinion, Cuisinart needs to support its product better. If it was 2 or 3 years old, fine, but it's not even 2 months old!
