After doing my research I liked this heater because of the price, performance, size and wiring options. When I saw a previous reviewer who had a fault I thought it was probably an accident and on top of that they said BBEE replaced their faulty heater. I also had a faulty heater - the electrician said the internal circuit board that was supposed to match the external on/off switch didn't work, so the heater I bought would *never* work. However, my problems ended up being very different from those of the other reviewers. I contacted BBEE via email, they did not reply. I tried again but failed this time - the BBEE storefront does not provide contact information and consumers can only contact them if you have a live order (contact button @OrderDetails). Without this I could no longer contact BBEE 30 days after the purchase. BEE never responded to the emails I sent, they never responded to Revain's request to resolve my case, and BBEE never replaced/refunded the money. The fact that they're incredibly hard to find unless you have a live order is incredibly patchy given consumer rights and the supposed BBEE guarantee - if I had known that before I bought it I wouldn't have bought it. My situation resolved after 7 months - no BBEE. Revain eventually refunded my money as BBEE didn't. BBEE DOES NOT MEET ITS 1 YEAR WARRANTY. Buyer Warning.
