What I didn't like about this product is that it stopped working the last day I was able to return it. Actually I don't think it ever worked. I didn't turn it on. It's not easy to install. The switch is defective. I would not recommend this product.

Thuis is an expensive towel warmer I borrowed from the extension hanging on the bathroom wall. The towel is not warm at all! It has a 2 hour and 4 hour timer and I left it on. on 2 and still my towel wasn't heated! So annoyed I drilled holes in the wall for this junk!

The guide was pretty much useless if you wanted to do it. However, if you've hung a few lights in your life, chances are you can figure it out too. For the money I'm not complaining but I want you to know what to expect

This product looks good but that's about it. The advertised five-minute heating does nothing to the towel. I even tried turning the heater on for 4 hours straight when the towel was barely warm only in the areas that touched the wand on one side. Bars just don't get very hot. I would return it if it wasn't already hanging in my bathroom.

We've thought long and hard about trying a heated towel rail, but the reviews put us off. These reviews were a bit mixed, but quite a few said they were satisfied and would buy again. We found it particularly user-friendly as it has a 2 or 4 hour timer setting. The towels get quite warm - not as warm as straight out of the dryer - but we were happy with how warm they got. We are very glad we bought this heated towel rail and would recommend it to everyone.

Very pleased so far. It is well made with good materials and with good finishes. It puts out a decent amount of heat, slightly more than the floor model it replaced. Installation was pretty easy. The only drawback is that the film label over the control buttons is peeling off and doesn't stay in place. We leave it on all the time because the towels are always warm, there is almost always a wet towel on and leaving it on makes the whole room feel drier.

This product was well tested, installed and used about 10 times (maybe I'm exaggerating - maybe even just 3 times) before it just stopped working. We haven't even finished installing the shower in the bathroom, so we only used it a couple of times to dry our towels. The electrical circuit is OK. The towel holder is scrap and only decoration at the moment. It doesn't work at all. I will try to return but there is no information about the guarantee. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH POOR QUALITY.

I'm updating this review with 1 star. The first item I received had a malfunction that caused a spark so I had to return it. To be honest it looked like it had quality issues. I installed it anyway and pushed the button, knowing it looked pretty dodgy (hence the sparks). However, a new heated towel rail was delivered after a couple of weeks. Much more than I expected. I tested it the day before installing it, absolutely no problem. Not sure what $400 heated towel rails do that this one doesn't.

After doing my research I liked this heater because of the price, performance, size and wiring options. When I saw a previous reviewer who had a fault I thought it was probably an accident and on top of that they said BBEE replaced their faulty heater. I also had a faulty heater - the electrician said the internal circuit board that was supposed to match the external on/off switch didn't work, so the heater I bought would *never* work.
