Bought to replace a completely beat up knock sensor on my 240sx, KA24DE. The car had an overheating problem which I think is related to being way ahead of its time. Since I was still taking it and trying to deal with the effects of my overheating issue, I replaced it in the hope that the timing advantage I was seeing could be due to the sensor not reading a knock. While I couldn't confirm if the sensor was actually the problem, I've been using this sensor for about 300 miles now and haven't had a single problem at an unacceptable level over time. I might refrain from using this sensor on a turbo engine as you have to be very careful with detonation, but use it on a NA engine with confidence. Of course I'm happy.
