The entire team was very collaborative, always available for feedback (sometimes I wasn't sure if it's because they're busy or simply being helpful), quick to respond when needed! They were all super approachable throughout our project from concepting through execution of website launch - we never felt like any task / step in process went unnoticed by them at some point during work flow along way.

Very good communicator with their clients too which is pretty crucial especially working remotely where you don’t get much chance meeting face-to-face. Sometimes there can be lag time between updates but that might just depend more upon how active your client/s could possibly need help as compared to what kind of workload under bellys hands right now. Overall great experience so far - highly recommend!! Conceptualisation phase took longer than expected due to initial lack of communication about scope which resulted into changes required once finalised product came out.
