The customer service is fantastic, they are very responsive in addressing issues that arise with our accounts. I have never once experienced anything less than stellar support from them! They do not offer any additional services outside of their managed hosting plan so it's important you know what your looking at getting out of this relationship before signing up. We were able to get away without paying extra fees since we had been doing business through another provider but now need more resources as demand grows.
