The customer service is fantastic, they are very responsive in addressing issues that arise with our accounts. I have never once experienced anything less than stellar support from them! They do not offer any additional services outside of their managed hosting plan so it's important you know what your looking at getting out of this relationship before signing up. The best thing about this service is that they have an excellent customer support team who are always willing, able & ready at your disposal! They also offer many different packages which can be tailored specifically towards each client's needs/budget - making it very easy when looking into any of their services (as there really isn't anything I dislike).
