So here's the thing. I went shopping and I knew there were a few people complaining about the mic and I was like, 'This can't happen to me - it's just some unlucky assholes who MUST want quality Bose sound at a great price SHOUT so my co-workers can hear me through this headset Very uncool And before you think - NO, it's not audio settings. I sit in Webex meetings all day so I really need a working headset It's a big problem with 9 but at least 10 works with headset Both USB-C Heck I didn't even have high hopes for the sound quality (both mic and speakers), but I could spend my $59 on less frustrating things. Here are some other things I could do with my $59. I could buy 59 $1 bags of black liquorice and give them to the neighborhood kids and watch the looks of horror on their faces as they munched on a large chunk of meat. I could go to an inexpensive steakhouse and enjoy a nice, pathetic, lonely steak dinner with a few glasses of mismatched house wine. I could buy a single ticket to the local Six Flags and stand in line waiting to ride the damn roller coaster and sunbathe while listening to the hormonal teenagers behind me. I say the word "like" about 15 times a minute. So save your money and celebrate the disappointment in a different way.
