I like that they are able to send you reminders via email or text message as well as having access to your records from anywhere in the world makes it easier than ever before! It's very easy to use too - no confusing screens! There was nothing about this program we didn't like but there may be other programs out there better suited for our needs. We were looking for something that would help us ensure that patient safety was maintained while allowing us to work remotely. This product does just that without being overly complicated.
