They went perfectly with the costume I made! However, they have enough weight to create movement in the skirt I attached them to; They weren't so heavy that a small amount of hot glue wouldn't hold them. This costume was made in 18 hours so I didn't have time to make my own gems and I'm glad I used them! They come in different shapes (oval, round, oblong), but this makes them very organic and unique. The color on them is the same as the picture and they are slightly larger than a quarter (think quarter and fifty cent size).
