They go well with the libman Freedom Mop even though they stick out about 3 inches on each side! Haven't used them for a long time, but so far they've been clean in the wash. They hold up very well, you have to be careful when tightening them. Deciding to be lazy in removing it, I stood at the edge of the site and pulled up the mop. The whole head was blown off! It took some effort to snap it back into place. I had to somehow bend the head (the jagged flat part - hold the shield while doing this because the teeth will dig into you) to separate the prongs enough to put them back into the bar. Covers must be removed carefully. I find that better than the pads spontaneously detaching when wiping.
