This product works great with normal working brake systems. During my most recent brake job, a 2009 Nissan Frontier, the driver's side lower caliper piston was stuck in the extended position and would not retract. I figured I could use this tool to get it back into the caliper. The product failed to weld when I tried to use this tool to break the frozen flask. Note. Although it failed I ordered a replacement because it works under normal conditions and the ability to attach a drill to this tool makes squeezing the piston(s) so much easier.
