No matter how I try to adjust the straps, it cannot be positioned properly on the child's head. the front 1/3 of the child's head is open, beginning almost at the middle of the head. The design of the helmet is fluid. The sponge pad inside has gaps that trap baby's hair and force hair to be pulled out every time it is removed. I do not believe this product is safe or provides standard head protection for a child. I ended up throwing this in the trash as not worth my time getting the refund process.
