Works perfectly at first. Don't try to use wires 20-22. The terminals are too big. If you don't have a choice, just wrap the wire around itself to make it thicker. Everything is fine when you first install it. No complaints. When I screwed it up and tried to take it apart, it just broke. At least I know it will work the first time. Just be careful if you try to reuse them.
