At first I was skeptical of the 15.7 W/ΞΌΞ© claims, but since I was using the less epic paste that comes standard with all-in-ones, I figured I'd try it out. The results speak for themselves. The "Before" and "After" tests were run with the same settings, only the thermal paste was changed. I ran each test 5 times to make sure everything was warmed up. As you can see the peak temperature has dropped from 87.8 to 81.3.
