Great tool made even better by their awesome customer service

I love how it combines social media, SEO, blogs, press releases, and more! We're able to share our news and keep everything organized in one place. All of our announcements are posted at once. It's great for PR. And we like making sure people get notifications when new announcements arrive. It is easy to use and get set up within minutes. There is nothing I dislike about this software so far. It is very user friendly, has lots of tutorials to walk you through any issues/problems, and the support team is always right there if you have questions or need help. If you're looking for a centralized way to manage your releases, this is the solution for you. I've been using PowerPost (now called "PowerPress") since 2013 and couldn't imagine doing my job without it now. Our website receives tens of thousands of page views every day. With PowerPress, I'm able to post all of our releases to the same site. I no longer have to manually publish each release to multiple sites. I like that it allows me to post articles from other sources, as well as my own. It's also easy to use. I dislike that some of the formatting options are not available when posting from Word or Google Docs. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a simple way to publish news articles from various sources. We have been able to get our news stories published in a timely manner with minimal editing.

Pros
  • The ability to add content directly into an email instead of having them click something else first before they can see what was sent out via mass emails which saves time otherwise spent clicking links back & forth between editors' computers etc..It makes sending newsletters quick, efficient AND accurate; saving valuable staff hours previously used just keeping track of who gets emailed vs those actually opening their inbox.I don’t know why
Cons
  • Not bad
