The concept of this product is brilliant as it contains no electronic parts and is easy to clean. I feel that this product can make a delicious espresso, maybe even frothy, but the device I received doesn't produce enough pressure. The plastic water cylinder pops out of the ROK when pulled (i.e. where I lifted the handles) after about 120 pulls. Luckily for me, I slowly lift the handles, allowing the "freshly boiled" water to seep onto the base of the ROK and onto my kitchen counter. I wasn't burned. I have twice documented this safety issue with Importika USA (ROK US Customer Service) and asked for a new ROK but they believe I am mis-inserting the plastic cylinder into the metal chamber (I am not). I'd love to try the espresso the serviceable ROK makes but refuse to buy another - hence the two star rating. I'll probably try making Flair Espresso by hand when my ROK finally fails.
