These bulbs seem to be very good, no start lag and no flickering (I use them without the dimmer). The only thing that surprised me was the brightness, which is lower than I expected from a 60w lamp. I replaced two 30w daylight fluorescent bulbs (60w total) with 3 new LED bulbs (equivalent to 180w total) and found that the light intensity was lower than before. I'm not sure if the nominal light output (800 lumens per bulb) is a bit optimistic or if the perceived lower intensity is due to the color temperature of the bulb (3000K) I chose for this bathroom fixture. Maybe my eyes are less sensitive to the new spectrum of light from the new bulbs?
