Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for the quality you expect. The torsion clamps are not flexible at all and pop out of the cheap mount on the side of the mount. The bracket is a small clip with a notch that is useless if bent. Torsion springs don't flex properly - they are less flexible than a mounting clip, so the clip will fail before the spring is properly seated. I've retrofitted hundreds of recessed lights but after 10 minutes of frustration decided it was worth reversing the inconvenience (Revain actually makes it easy) rather than messing with it. Gave two stars because they say so and I'm sure they will work once installed.
