I bought these to prevent the whiskey from being diluted with regular ice cubes. I received them very quickly, put them in a fancy bag and froze them for 2 1/2 days. I took them out first (about 6-7), poured some whiskey (the whiskey barely covered the first row of cubes) and waited 10 minutes. I drank it and the whiskey was just below room temperature. I froze again and waited a few days and tried again with ALL the dice and almost no whiskey and waited about 15-20 minutes and it was exactly the same. Not sure if there are different brands/grades or whatever but again I'll just use 4-5 ice cubes, shake the whiskey and drink it after 45 seconds. If I am doing something wrong or you get a different result please let me know as I really wanted these kids to work.
