I like that there are many different options for how you can track your tables as well in terms where they're at right now or what their status was during an event (such us when someone RSVPs but then never shows up). It's very easy using this software because everything has been put together so nicely! There isn't anything really bad about it unless maybe if people don’t know exactly which features work best with them personally - we've had some customers who have used other systems before coming here & were confused by our layout/features etc., however after explaining all these things over email / phone call sessions those problems seemed solved quickly once explained properly :) We use resys os primarily just from customer service perspective since its integrated into Salesforce too easily tracks orders placed through sales reps also makes tracking events super simple compared wenr doing manually via excel spreadsheet.
