I like that it has great customer service support as well! If there are issues we can call them right away or send an email with our issue in question and they will respond ASAP!! Also if its not resolved within 24 hours then contact again because sometimes things get lost in translation between teams which takes some time but their team does work hard at getting this problem solved quickly so no complaints here! Its easy to use once set up correctly (which isn't too difficult). We have been able to improve productivity by being online faster than ever before allowing us additional tasks throughout each day of managing all aspects of our business without having staff members constantly coming into office during working times/hours.
