I'm a prosumer, not a professional. I have a full sensor Nikon with Tamron 72-200 and Tamron 150-600 lenses. Both are heavy and long and my old monopod head just couldn't hold up. I did a bit of shopping and found this INNOREL and another head (like the new brand of carbon monopods). INNOREL was a bit cheaper and in the end I am very happy with my purchase. This ball head is strong, stable, made of high quality metal and smooth. It looks great and I really like the low profile as it is a large ball head.
