I fell in love with these headphones, the case changes color and the headphones are so comfortable! The range is absolutely amazing. I plugged them into my computer for music and discord calls, left them on when I went outside to let my dog out and could still hear perfectly from the other side of my property. Really impressed with these headphones. I had the problem that the right earbud was quieter than the left. I usually just used one at a time so it wasn't noticeable until it practically stopped working all together. The sound was so muffled that I had to hold it oddly to my ear to hear it at all. Tried cleaning and troubleshooting them but nothing helped. I was devastated to find out they were out of stock on Amazon so I couldn't find a replacement. I contacted Miracase directly and received a replacement within a few days. They were incredibly nice and helpful! I've already bought another pair of Miracase headphones for my mom! I love this brand and hope they become more popular because they are amazing at an affordable price. I love companies that really help their customers! Thanks for your help, Dorrit!
