This unit delivers the goods. I hope to buy another one for the office soon. It is also perfect as work lighting. With the lid down, you can do whatever you want without damaging the glass lens. I've had another light for years, now $200, with slightly longer arms and a round fluorescent tube. This Neatfi light is way better and it doesn't frantically move around when it's needed most. No springs, bulbs or permanent adjustments. If there was anything the product could improve upon, it would be slightly longer arms. However, I have a 1.50 m wide table at home. The light is clamped on the far left and I work on the right. It still almost reaches the middle of where I'm sitting. Not bad, not bad at all. I studied them and even tried to repair my old device, which I finally risked. A wise decision. The old one is in the trash. It has even better magnification and clarity than the $200 lens. It also works great as a reading lamp for general typing. Buy it. you will thank me
