They fit a 25mm bar.

I was afraid they wouldn't fit my FE3 HHR. The listing description is a bit vague as to whether or not they will fit the FE3 car. Measured with a digital micrometer, they have an inner diameter of 22.7 mm. My car has 25mm handlebars but they fit great. Hope this helps someone else who is just as confused as me!
