I bought two shower heads for each of my bathrooms. They were fairly easy to install but were up and running within a month or two. I found a small trickle of water the size of a pinhole coming out of the back of the shower head. It annoyed me for a while, but not enough to bother me to change it. The leak gradually got bigger and then two leaks appeared. A few months later my wife's complaints finally reached me and I decided to test the baby shower to see if she did the same. It was actually worse than ours and had a much larger leak in its back. Upon further research, I found that the showerhead should have had a two-year warranty. I contacted them via email which seemed to be the only way available and was unable to get a response. Eventually I gave up, bought two new heads from another company and threw them away.
