Yesterday I received the cordless vacuum cleaner. Charges longer than the recommended 10 hours. We started cleaning the stairs. He died at the top of the stairs. Went to troubleshoot. Recommend to charge the battery. No discussion of expected battery life or similar useful information. I will try again tomorrow after recharging overnight. Day 2 - same problem. When vacuuming the interior of a car, a small SUV, the battery died after more than 12 hours of charging. Black & Decker has always made good products. They invented the battery-powered drill. The performance of this product just doesn't live up to their standards. Day 3 - The device has been charging for more than 24 hours. Died after 10-12 minutes of use. Email Black & Decker for battery life information. They said it had a "small battery" that should last 30 minutes. The one I have does half that. I asked Black & Decker what I should do. So far there is no answer. I will keep updating.
