I rate this cable 4 out of 5 because of the fairly easy scratching of the housing on the ends of the cable and the stiffness of the cable. I don't like how the nylon wears down and looks "hairy". I suppose the nylon braid on the outside of the jacket gives the cable more strength and stiffness without increasing production costs too much, but part of me would rather pay a little more for a better/thicker jacket than in the public eye a cord wear that looks like he's wrapped in pubic hair.
