I've had these 2 knee braces for a few weeks now, therefore, I can leave a review with my experience. After many years of putting much stress on my knees (athletically) I now find myself paying my aftermath penalties. I'm still active and needed some extra support on my knees. I order another knee brace a year ago but that didn't last much. I ordered these a size smaller, to make sure that after using them, they remain tight. They certainly do help a lot! The only thing I would say is if you need them for a short period of time, like I do, order a size down to get that extra support, tightness. If you're looking for an all day usage, order your actual size. Would highly recommend for support and ease of pain do to surgery, arthritis or just extra support.
