These wipes were supplied in a plastic bag with a fold at the top. Looks like they were repacked in this bag and the top napkin was torn. Have you ever bought embellished doilies that didn't come in a shrink-wrapped and sealed plastic bag? They weren't available and especially with Covid I didn't want to use them. so they returned. The design was fine. The part with the gold star was quite dark. I would have used them if I didn't think they had been repackaged from someone else and could possibly be used. Too bad I really wanted to love her.
