I bought these for my 4 year old grandson who has special needs and is not yet potty trained. These underwear fit snugly around his diapers and together with the special jumpsuit I bought him (they are very expensive) they prevent him from getting his hands in the diaper once he is fully dressed. It was a lot of trial and error, but I FINALLY figured out that this combination works.
