Won't stick to stainless steel grid
The only thing about this mat is that my grid is stainless steel so it won't stick to the surface. Since I have a grill table, I put it there and everything is fine. I like having a speed mat. I usually use an instant read thermometer and with that I can tell the steaks, chops etc by how the guest likes their steaks etc cooked.
