Review on Enhance Rear View Safety with 720P HD Digital Wireless System - Haloview MC7109 by Joseph Marshall

Excellent addition to safety and convenience

Why is this important for safety? We'll leave it on the road and see what's behind us. (We installed it on top of the back of a class C van. Why is it so convenient? We can see (and maybe hear) when reversing). It's also safer, of course, but basically it means that you don't always have a second Person needs to be placed behind the van where the camera shows where we are and what's there Limitations: It's an extremely wide angle lens so when people drive down the road they look like they're further away than we're used to , seen in the rear view mirror on the sides of the van. While this is possible, it would incur additional costs. We have what we need with a camera. We have NOT installed a wired connection between the display and the camera. Wireless works great, we never noticed any problems and we keep both antennas horizontal so they don't get in the way of part of the setup as in our case it was with light from the top rear of the mobile homes had to be made. The camera only works when the parking lights are on. We have also replaced the running lights with LEDs. It looks like there are different packages and it's hard to tell which is which. The one we received has a 7-inch display, and we were given various mounts to mount the camera (and display). The top of the camera doesn't have a screen that comes with the pre-mount found on some newer RVs. Rain, sometimes water got on the lens, but when driving on the road it seems to clear up.
