60 colors Hohuhu's watercolor dual brush pens come in a thick plastic case with 2 buttons on the front and a handle on the top. It opens envelope style to reveal 3 marker compartments. There are no safety warnings, no indication that this set is ASTM D-4236 compliant, so I cannot recommend it for use by children. For this reason alone I cannot give this product 5 stars. I don't think these markers are water based. They behave more like alcohol ink but are odorless. It will require more testing on my part than I can do right now to be sure. They behave like alcohol based markers, drying time is minimal as is bleeding/blooming. The double tips are the biggest highlight of this set. This makes them handy for outlining or filling in gaps. In several layers it turns out a more saturated color. The brush tip is interesting. This is my first introduction to Marker "Brushes". Only the last 2mm of the length behaves like a brush, but the effect is really similar to the shape of the brush strokes. This is a new and interesting concept that I liked. I found the handles particularly comfortable for me. The variety of colors is nice. They're arranged in a reasonable order, but there's no color scheme. Apart from the color of the painted plastic handle, the colors are indistinguishable, neither by number nor by name. This allows the user to create their own patterns from scratch to use as a reference, as well as keep the exact order of the marks or number them themselves. I don't care but it is what it is. Each marker is well formed and ready to use. I find the colors very vibrant, although some of them are very, very close together. I find the price very reasonable for the quantity and variety included in the set. I would only recommend this set for adults, beginners and hobbyists. I do not recommend them to children, high school students or obviously professional artists. I am overall happy with this set and will continue to use it as I have in the past.
