I like how this system has all of our accounts included; it's easy to use &"easy" reporting features are great! The only thing we don't love about ctsi products/services (or any other) would be if you could get an actual person instead just having automated menus or responses when calling their customer service line(s).
It makes sense not being able solve issues right away but waiting several days sometimes before someone answers my questions with "we can resolve issue X". So far they have been very helpful though so keep up wtih them!! We've used both Global Supply Chain Solutions as well as ECTSIS which was good overall experience however there were some things missing from each program such credit card payments etc..
