I bought it but when I received it I found it was only half updated (most games have been deleted but things like Mii were still on topic ). Parental controls were still on, so I couldn't connect to the internet. I tried disabling them and updating the console myself, but it asked for the original owner's password. I couldn't retrieve the original owner's password because it was still associated with the previous owner's Nintendo Account and email address. When I tried to get a "master key/password" to completely reset the DS from scratch, the console model sticker (which is on the back and contains the exact model code of the DS model) was ripped off . Returned as soon as received.
