I started using this brush on a friend's recommendation and I love it! I always use medium bristles and they are great. Sometimes one of my teeth or gums gets a little sensitive and my dentist has told me it's because I brush too hard, but I still prefer medium bristles to soft bristles. I think if someone gets gingivitis or gingivitis easily they might want to use soft bristles instead, but I'm no expert. The brush heads delivery every 3 months with subscription and storage is a great reminder that I need to change my brush head. They're easy to swap out and the battery life of the brush is great - I can't even remember the last time I changed it.
