Garbage - failed after first use after installation

Out of the box, putting on and taking off was smooth and easy. Installation was excruciating as you had to position the post at the correct height or there would be play between the locking knob and the post. After installation, two of the 4 quick release skewers broke into pieces and failed. The third no longer fasts. It's garbage.
