I took the part and installed it. The second time the window was minimized down and then up it didn't work. I brought it back to the store and the owner told me it was a cheap product and that's what I'm getting. He also installed the same mold of the part ordered in a different location at the same time and it works great. I'm on a steady income and this deal has crushed me. The seller is well done, shipped very quickly. I can't return the item because it's still in my window. I need a replacement part to return a defective part.
