Beautifully constructed with quality materials. The sizing information you use to calculate your fit was correct. The knee pads fit snugly and neatly as you would expect. I felt an immediate improvement after installing it but not 100% - I would be 75-80% which made a HUGE difference in terms of pain. My pain was definitely more bearable! However. Just a warning. Do not use this device on bare skin, it will cause blisters! My friend had the same experience. She advised me to pre-wrap the area where the kneecap meets the skin to avoid blistering, which is extremely painful when the blister bursts. A very useful tool for treating joint pain.
