It could be stronger

We love this puzzle. We use it almost every day to teach geography to our younger children. The parts are large and each part is labeled with the state capital and specifics of each state. For that I give five stars, and if you're only releasing it once a month then it's probably good for you. It's just not strong enough for continuous use. We've had it for six months now and the corners of the puzzle pieces are pretty jumbled. This is normal wear and tear and anyone who has jigsaw puzzles would expect this kind of performance from cardboard. However, for homeschoolers, sketching and marking up maps from gloves and atlases is probably better than using this jigsaw puzzle. I deducted a star for lack of solid workmanship. All these puzzle makers make New England one. Hey, I see - Rhode Island is small. All of these conditions are small and are not likely to survive regular use by small children. We deducted a star for merging multiple states into one piece. We would like the creators of this puzzle to create a larger plywood version of this puzzle, with each state getting its own piece. We've been looking for something like this for a long time.

Pros
